Review:
Not the healthiest "breakfast" but a yummy one. The cookie is very soft and tastes like cookie heaven. Honestly I am happy that I just got one because I feel like I could have had the whole package. One only bad part is its not as chocolaty as you would think it would be for being called double chocolate. Yummy though, try one.

Review: For a while now I have been looking for a cruelty free vegan shampoo that work well for my hair and was decently priced.  I decided to look on Amazon and one of the ones on the first page was Natures gate so  I ordered it with my prime. Two days later I got my shampoo and was very excited to try it out. I have to say not only does it smell good it works great. My hair feel so much better than it used to when I used all of the name brand crap. Also these 4 bottles will probably last me forever, like literally two years because you really dont need much unless you have super long hair,

Overall 5/5 Check out all of the variety's they offer

Review: Do you like dates? If you do this is a great bar for you, if not don't get it. The first bite I took tasted like a chocolate covered date with some cherry after taste. Personally I love dates so this was not a problem for me, in fact I went back and bought a few more and a few other flavors to try. I also like that it is raw and organic. I used it as a meal replacement for breakfast but it would be a good snack after a workout too.

Earth Balance Aged White Cheddar Puffs

Made By: Earth Balance
Website: http://earthbalancenatural.com

Cost: $3.99 at King Soopers or on Amazon

Ingredients and Nutrition Facts:

Review: These puffs have great taste without to much guilt. They really do taste like the natural cheese puffs that you can buy (Not Cheetos). I liked the fact that they are made out of Beans and most of the ingredients are healthy. Unfortunately they do have a few ingredients that are not so great like the yeast extract aka MSG and also the natural flavors which could be a lot of things, good thing they are vegan natural flavors in non vegan foods are pretty scary. For an occasion treat or car rides that you don't want to stop to pick up food these would work great. I wouldn't eat them all the time though just like I wouldn't eat Cheetos all the time .For a once in a while snack they are good. As an added bonus to many they are also gluten free.

Overall 3.5/ 5

Vegan Toona (Vegan Tuna)

Made By: Sophies Kitchen
Website: http://sophieskitchen.net/

Ingredients:
textured vegetable protein (pea protein, isolated soy protein, soy flour, water), olive oil, black pepper, potato starch, sea salt, seaweed powder, organic agave nectar, organic apple cider vinegar, paprika, konjac powder, ginger. Non GMO. Made in a facility that also uses tree nuts.

Price: Only sold online for now at Vegan Essentials and The Vegan Store for $5.29 per 6oz container

Review: When I used to eat meat I was never the biggest sea food fan but my husband sure was. He used to comment all the time how much he missed sea food, until we found the Sophies Brand "Shrimp" and "Fish", he was in heaven and said that it tasted exactly the same. Well that high lasted a while until one day he said "you know what I rally miss, tuna". Being the amazing wife that I am (sometimes!) I got to looking if anyone made fake Tuna. When I found out that Sophies Kitchen did I was excited and so was he. We ended up ordering it and the day it got here he opened it up and made a Tuna salad sandwich. He looked like he was tasting heaven. I tried a bite too and can confirm that it does in fact taste like Tuna. Im not sure how Sophies does it but they are amazing at getting an authentic taste ans texture. If you miss tuna I would try this, its expensive but it doesnt disappoint.

Overall: 5/5

P.S.- If you want to try the "shrimp" or "fish" they sell them at Whole Foods for $4.99 and Sophies currently has a $1 off coupon here.

Vega One Plant Based Shake- Chocolate

Made by: Vega
Website: http://myvega.com

Ingredients: (To much to type but can be viewed here)

Cost: $52.99 for 30oz (21 servings) on Amazon and $59.99 at Whole Foods (not on sale) or
Individual packs cost $3.29 at Whole Foods

Review: This is made from pea protein and as far as nutritional shakes it is probably one of the healthiest that you will find. One serving has 146 calories and 16 grams of protein along with about 50% of the daily value of almost all necessary vitamins. So I bought a single packer and made it in a shaker bottle for breakfast. I will say that it kept me full until lunch time but the flavor was not very good. It was very chalky and gritty. After searching the web to see if I prepared it weird I found that basically everyone no matter how they prepared it said the same thing. It was honestly hard to get  the last few drinks down. If you are considering a purchase I would recommend that you try the individual package first.

Overall: Taste 1/5 but if you are going for health and can deal with the taste probably a  4/5

Primal Spirit Meatless Jerky-Teriyaki Flavor

Made By: Primal Spirit Foods
Website: primalspiritfoods.com

Ingredients: Non-Gmo Vital Gluten (Wheat Protein), Water, Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce (Water, Non-Gmo Soybeans, Sea Salt), Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Licorice Root, Unrefined Evaporated Can Juice, Sea Salt, Natural Vegetarian Spices. No Msg Added.

Cost: $1.59 for one a Whole Foods or $24.56 for 24 on Amazon

Review:
I cant remember how long it has been since I had meat jerky but it has been at least 10 years. The first bite I took of this I remembered the texture of jerky and this was pretty close. The taste was really good in my opinion it was really sweet and texture was tough like meat jerky. For someone who likes the texture and flavor of meat jerky's this product would be perfect. In addition it has 11 grams of protein for only 99 calories which is a plus. In my opinion it is a once in a while treat but not something that I would eat every day. If you don't like imitation meat products you wont like this but if you miss jerky give it a try, it's good!

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars for this flavor (I still need to try the others)

Feel free to comment with your opinion!
